Peer Leader

Looking for our next amazing Peer Leaders to take us into 2018! Are you ready to provide amazing summer experiences for youth aged 12-18? CTS is excited to invite youth volunteers aged 15-18 to apply as program Peer Leaders. Challenge yourself and develop new skills in leadership and outdoor environments, while making new, lifelong friends!

Welcome 2017 Peer Leaders!

Super awesome you are ready to take on the CTS PL challenge and embrace leading our 2017 programs! Your invited to meet and greet your PL team, share experiences and ask question about being a PL, learn some team building games and help us plan PL training and other activities prior to the summer.

Welcome to Peer Leading is an event for all Peer Leaders, new and experienced!  Join us to learn from your CTS Peers about the rewards and challenges of being a CTS Peer Leader. Hosted by the CTS Youth Council, this fun event will introduce you to Peer Leading - the fun, games and challenges.  Followed by the 3rd annual CTS Iron Chef Cook-Off challenge where teams of experienced and new Peer Leaders will cook a CTS dish using typical (and unique) ingredients and in a typical CTS camp setting.

What Is a Peer Leader?

Ready for an extra challenge?  Ready to lead your peers in a rewarding summer experience?  Youth aged 15 to 18 may apply to be a Peer Leaders with CTS.  Challenge your leadership skills and outdoor savvy or dare them to new heights!

The 4th of our Leadership Training session for Peer Leaders & Mentorvisors: IN PARK TRAINING! For Cap River team only.

The 3rd of our Leadership Training sessions for Peer Leaders & Mentorvisors. An 8-hour Emergency First Aid course and CPR C from Code Red First Aid Training. See you there Leadership Team!

We are now accepting Peer Leader applications for the 2020 summer season! Come challenge your leadership style while connecting with youth and the environment in Metro Vancouver Regional Parks this summer. Applications now accepted to February 12, 2020!

Calling all Leaders!

Leaders needed. Every great project needs a leader and the greatest projects need more than one. The CTS program relies on youth from Metro Vancouver to lead the way and creates opportunities for youth to get outside, get into our local parks, make a meaningful difference and have fun.
