This is the Park where Catching the Spirit all began. Whether you're into finding a quiet spot in the rainforest, investigating the wonders of Camosun Bog, cycling and walking the network of trails, or taking in the sweet views from the beach - you're sure to find something that suits you. Park Rangering Schedule
Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm beginning Monday July 7th until Wednesday August 20th.
Dream Team Monday's: Be part of the Dream Team! Help create and plan cool interactive stations for the annual Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Dreamwalk event that takes place in Pacific Spirit Park every August.
Bikes are Back Tuesday's: Bikes are back at Pacific Spirit Park! Patrol the trails on bikes, learn about bike safety and repair.
Park Rangering Wednesday's: Park Rangers patrol the trails, assist Metro Vancouver park operations by looking for hazards in the park, assist park visitors, monitor park use, and help collect data.

Catching the Spirit 2008 Park Partners at Pacific Spirit Regional Park:
Pacific Spirit Park Society - a community-based volunteer organization that works together with Metro Vancouver, as part of the Regional Park Partners Program, for the benefit of Pacific Spirit Regional Park.
Camosun Bog Restoration Group a group made up of Pacific Spirit Park nature lovers with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of ages, from 7 to 82, that works closely with Metro Vancouver Parks and the Pacific Spirit Park Society to achieve their vision of the restoration of Camosun Bog.
